Kelar Pouya Manufacturing and Industrial Company began its operations in the production of sanitary lever valves in 2003 (1382 in the Iranian calendar). In 2004, the company successfully implemented a quality management system and received the ISO 9001:2008 certification, which was upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 in 2018 (1397). Additionally, in 2005, it obtained the Iranian National Standard mark for sanitary lever valves.

In 2015 (1394), Kelar Pouya was recognized as the top manufacturer in the province by the Tehran Provincial Directorate of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare. In 2018 (1397), Kelar Pouya became the only Iranian company producing lever valves to obtain the European EN 817 standard for lever valves. Additionally, the company has achieved the national standards for showerheads and manual ball valves made from brass alloy and other stainless materials, as well as the incentive standard for flexible hoses suitable for drinking water. Currently, Kelar Pouya is the first manufacturer of concealed valves in Iran and a leader in providing high-quality and aesthetically pleasing products.

To this end, it uses the best raw materials available in the market, including Grohe cartridges and Neoperl aerators, which are considered the finest of their kind.
